Taste of Fermi '94 Draws Hundreds
Taste of Fermi '94.
Thanks to nearly 100 Nalrec members and employee volunteers, the Taste of Fermilab 1994 picnic proved to be a success, even under inclement skies. Approximately 300 people came to the Taste August 19 to sample many different foods and take part in the fun. Picnic-goers were treated to a wide variety of food, a folk dancing exhibition, games, a science show and the ever-favorite dunk tank before a thunderstorm forced the party inside Kuhn Barn. The band, Just Friends, featuring CARL PENSON of Technical Support, played inside the Barn, capping off another successful Taste of Fermi.
