Roy Billinge
Roy Billinge was an engineer who studied physics at King's College London and worked at Rutherford Laboratory before joining Fermilab. He became Section Leader of the Booster group in January 1970. In 1971, he took over direction of the Meson group. He later left Fermilab to join CERN. He died in 1994.
