Peter Cooper
Peter Cooper received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1970 and his PhD in physics from Yale University in 1975. He held a postdoc position at Pennsylvania University from 1976 to 1978 and a position at Yale University from 1979 to 1988. He began working at Fermilab in 1976 as a user, and in 1988 he became an employee. He served as a spokesperson for the E-715, E-761, SELEX, CKM and CIRTE experiments, as Assistant Department Head and Department Head of the Computing Department, and as assistant division head of the Computing Division. Cooper retired in 2012.
