Arthur F. Greene
Arthur F. Greene received degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1961 and 1963 and completed his doctorate at Tufts University in 1967. He served in the military, where he was assigned to the Division of Physical Research of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, Washington, D.C. He began working at Argonne National Laboratory in 1969 and joined Fermilab in June of 1972, where he worked in Program Planning. In 1976 he became head the Program Planning Office.
