Steve Holmes
Steve Holmes received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his PhD in physics from Harvard University in 1976. He joined Fermilab in 1983. During his time at the lab, he contributed to many of the lab’s accelerators, served as Accelerator Division head, was the project manager for the Main Injector, and was project director for PIP-II. He retired in 2018.
