Boris Kayser
Boris Kayser received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1960 and his PhD in physics from Caltech in 1964. He worked for the National Science Foundation from 1972 to 2001, where he was the program director for theoretical physics, before joining Fermilab in 2002. He played a key role in the development of the lab's neutrino program. He retired in 2012.
